Meet Nurse Victoria!

•I grew up in a single parent household, my mom coming from a whole different country, not knowing English was a challenge growing up. For most of my childhood my mom was undocumented, when she was finally able to become a US resident we lived in Mexico for nine years, for nine years I would wake up at 3am to cross the border and make it to school in time

(It's crazy to think I crossed to a whole different country everyday lol)

During all those years I maintained 4.0 GPA and took college level classes while in high school. I graduated high school with honors and finished college in two years with my associates. I'm sharing my story in hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams.

• One of the main reasons I made my page is for that reason, to help and inspire (even if it's just one person). It's very common for people like me to not further their education because of financial, residency, or home issues, etc. Being a child of immigrant parents is so much pressure in itself because you want to make all those sacrifices your parents made worth it. Trust me I KNOW, and you're not alone. All those obstacles you can overcome . it won't be easy but it sure will be so worth it in the end!
